30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in its original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items (e.g., personal hygiene products, opened cosmetics).
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Custom or personalized products.

How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be included in your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process and appear in your account after approval.
Exchanges
